Secret Sample Sale Designer These wedges are absolutely beautiful but run really small. I'm returning the ones I originally purchased, however I'm a bit confused as to if I should order a half size or a full size larger. A bit annoying, but as I said, the shoes are pretty and fun so I really want them. Additional note...they're super lightweight.

Secret Sample Sale Designer I have used quite a few trail shoes before. However, this pair of Brooks Cascadia 4 is quickly becoming my best new friend, urban or in the back country.I read some other reviews that said better not using this pair in the city street. My personal experience is that they are "over-protective", if you use them in the urban setting. Nothing wrong with using them around the 'hood though.In the back country, however, it is when these Cascadia4 shine. They do help stabilize your steps. I used them in very rocky trails, sand beaches, wet hikes, ... They performed very well. They are also light and breathable.Bottom line, if you are packing for a 3-season long trip with both cities and back country hiking in your itinerary, this Cascadia4 probably are the only sports footwear you will need.
